The HealthCare Center at West Meade Place employs a highly specialized staff of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Physical/Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists who provide 24-hour care.
The Skilled Nursing team will work with the Patient’s Doctor to establish health & recovery goals, and then develop a custom care plan to achieve those goals.
