In order to promote socialization and physical/mental activity, The HealthCare Center at West Meade Place provides daily activities based on each patient’s uniqueness and abilities.
We offer a variety of programs including:
- Games - cognitive and gross motor
- Exercise - group, individual, and walking club
- Social Events
- Learning
- Creative expression (arts, crafts, painting etc)
- Spiritual opportunities - large variety of denominations with services offered daily
- Pets
- Children
- Resident cooking groups and cookouts
- Facility outings
- One-on-one, in-room visits for those who do not feel like, or are unable to participate in group settings
- Family and resident volunteer programs
